Diane Ohland joined Semple Bixel Associates, Inc. in 1998. A creative, self-motivated individual, Ms. Ohland’s business management talents along with her sharp sales and business insight have proven to be an invaluable asset to the firm and its clients.
Ms. Ohland’s experience include but are not limited to assisting the SBA President in preparing financial, budget and sales reports; preparing and implementing business strategies; overseeing client billing procedures while maintaining appropriate levels of confidentiality; and directing internal and external communications.
For Semple Bixel, Ms. Ohland has set up a full range of office procedures, developing and implementing methods for fundraising programs, managing meeting preparations, coordinating the preparation of sales presentations, workshop materials and marketing methods. Ms. Ohland also organizes and coordinates development assessments and feasibility studies for a variety of clients including health, education, religious and social service organizations.
Prior to joining SBA, Ms. Ohland managed and supported sales staffs in the agriculture, animal health and the agrochemical divisions of Hoffman-LaRoche, Inc.
Ms. Ohland graduated from Berkeley College of Business and has completed other specialized course work in fundraising and financial management. She has two grown children and lives in Nutley.
